Random But Really Cool is a publication created by my campers during my week-long camp What Do You Think? Raise Your Voice With Paper and Ink!, hosted at ILoveYouth2 for their 2026 artist-facilitated summer camp programming. Campers worked together to create the publication over a five-day camp in which they experimented with new techniques while learning how contemporary artists wield paper and ink to tell new stories and imagine liberated futures. In addition to drawing and writing columns and features for the paper, all campers created their own papercut portraits and practiced interviewing skills, each writing a bio for a peer that was published in the contributors’ section.
