Visitor’s Guide, maps, graphics, and other collateral.
In my capacity as Rural Community Designer for the arts nonprofit Blue Sky Center in New Cuyama, CA, I designed and wrote all digital and print materials, including their monthly newsletter, visitors guide and maps, donor pitches, and event promotions. I also developed creative briefs for design and artist contractors and managed all design projects.
I wrote and designed this comprehensive visitor's guide for the many students, artists, and tourists that pass through the Cuyama Valley, including some resources on what it means to be a visitor to a small, secluded rural town.
