Join us for a public reading and discussion of “MASK UP, WE NEED YOU: Palestinian Solidarity, Covid-19, and the Struggle for Liberation” at Outer Space Arcata!

📍Join in next Friday, September 27th from 7:30-9:30pm at Outer Space Arcata (837 H St., Arcata, CA)

🫂 We intentionally planned our event to start a little later so folks attending the Humboldt For Palestine protest from 5-7 in Eureka can join us!

😷 Masks required and provided! Please wear a KN95 or N95 for everyone’s safety, we’ll have some available at the door!

🇵🇸 We’re raising funds for Creators for Gaza families! In addition to MASK UP zines and prints for sale, I’ll be bringing benefit prints from artists Entangled Roots Press, daniela del mar, Sheyam Ghieth, and Heldáy de la Cruz as well as fresh mamoul baked by @jawaherpdx.

➡️ The reading will start at 8pm! Come early to read the zine, browse fundraising items, and meet folks who care about the intersections of colonialism, eugenics, and keeping each other safe! 💞 We’ll save the last half hour for discussion and a short Q+A. ✨

👽 Outer Space is also suggesting a small $5 donation at the door to help cover expenses and keep their doors open. No one turned away for lack of funds! Thank you for supporting a Covid-safer event for Palestine in their amazing space!
